Exchange Policy

Exchange Process

We offer a 30 day exchange policy window on items. Items should be in original condition, unworn, unwashed with tag still intact. Customer is responsible for the exchange shipping charges. Any item exchanged not meeting these conditions will automatically be shipped back to the customer with no refund granted.

Please fill out your exchange request online and request an exchange. Once we receive your RMA, a Ren2o, Inc. representative will contact you about the status of your request in 1 - 3 business days.

If your request is accepted:

Include the original packing slip.
Don’t forget that it is your responsibility for the cost of shipping on exchange items.

Once your exchange item arrives at the return address, please allow 14 business days for your exchanged item to be processed and shipped out. You will be notified by email once finalized.
